About us

Built on Experience. Driven by Relationships.

For 18 years, Ultimate Student Athlete Recruiting has helped student athletes and families navigate the college recruiting process. Our team of 40+ staff members includes seven former Division I coaches, bringing firsthand knowledge of what college programs look for in a recruit.

We believe recruiting takes commitment, personal connections, and hard work. We take the time to understand each athlete’s goals and help them find opportunities that fit academically, athletically, and personally.
